Leslie, Office Manager
Leslie has been a part of the Cotton Creek Family since 2006. She loved assisting for seven years until she took on the role as Office Manager in 2012 and loves both aspects of the office. She loves our patients and is passionate about quality service and building long lasting relationships. When she is not at work, she is spending time with her husband and four adorable boys. Her favorite activities are watching her kids play sports, traveling, and spending time in the sunshine.
Deanna, Clinical Coordinator
Deanna came to Cotton Creek Dental from Southern California in 2014. Her and her family have loved every minute and still seek out all the amazing things our area has to offer. With almost 20 years of dental experience, Deanna has had the amazing opportunity to help patients in every aspect of the dental field. Her passion to help our patients achieve healthy amazing smiles is seen in every patient interaction.
Kalli, Front desk
Kalli grew up in Idaho and moved to Washington to pursue her education. She is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration. Kalli enjoys traveling and spending time in warm, relaxing places. She is passionate about supporting patients on their health journey and is dedicated to making each visit a positive experience.
Nikole, Front desk
Nikole is originally from the East Coast and made the move to St. George in 2024 after living in Southern California. With six years of experience in the dental field, she is passionate about helping patients gain confidence in their smiles in any way she can. Outside the office, Nikole enjoys spending time with her husband and their Goldendoodle. She loves going to the movies, visiting the beach, drawing, and making memories with her family.
Victoria, Assistant
Victoria was born and raised in St. George, Utah and started in the dental field assisting an orthodontist. Victoria feels fulfillment working with Cotton Creek Dental knowing we are serving others for the better. She enjoys being active as well as listening and performing music.
Katelyn, Assistant
Katelyn grew up in Highland, Utah, and moved to the St.George area in 2024. Her experience from working in a dental laboratory has sparked a strong passion for dentistry and commitment to quality care. She loves assisting, and having an impact on all her patients. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family, running, and exploring the outdoors!
Rachel, Assistant
Rachel grew up in Washington, Utah. Inspired by her mom, a dental assistant, she developed a passion for dentistry early. She attended Dental Essentials School of Dental Assisting in 2020, her love for oral health continues to grow. Currently, she’s pursuing a degree in dental hygiene at Utah Tech University. She enjoys yoga, traveling, and spending time with family!
Claudia, Assistant
Claudia was raised in California and pursued her dental education in Mexico, where she obtained her dental license. She relocated to Utah in 2022 and has been chairside assisting ever since. She values the opportunity to continuously expand her knowledge and skills. Outside of work she enjoys staying active, and spending time with friends.

Melissa, Hygienist
Melissa has been a dental hygienist at Cotton Creek Dental for over 20 years. She attended Dixie State University Dental Hygiene program after working 3 years as a dental assistant. Melissa grew up in Northern Idaho and moved to St George during high school. Melissa loves spending time with her husband, 3 children and their families.
Mandy, Hygienist
Mandy moved from the Salt Lake area to St. George for school where she fell in love with the heat and outdoors. She works as an instructor part time at the Utah Tech Dental Hygiene Program and loves the education side of dentistry. Her other love of dentistry is going on Dental Humanitarian trips with the office and the college. With three kids, an adventurous husband, and many pets, Mandy is always on the go.
McKayla, Hygienist
McKayla grew up in Hurricane and has loved calling it home ever since. She joined the Cotton Creek family in 2023 as a dental hygienist. Before that, she spent three years as a dental hygiene assistant before moving to Bullhead City, Arizona, where she earned her Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. In 2022, she became a proud mother to an amazing little girl who is the center of her world. Outside of work, McKayla enjoys yoga, hiking, and cheering on her daughter in all her activities.

Kristen has been a dental hygienist with Cotton Creek since 2020, and providing dental hygiene care for over 22 years. She enjoys getting to know each patient while striving for a positive and comfortable dental experience. Outside of the office, she aims to spend time with her husband and three children adventuring in the outdoors.
